After months of research, and cold plunging in everything from old bath tubs, blow up kiddie pools, metal troughs and converted freezers, I was so pleased to hear about the Breathe Degrees At-Home Cold Plunge. I got to try it out at a friend’s house and was instantly hooked. The plunge is high quality, stunning, and so beautifully built. It really does look like a piece of art. I can say with 100% confidence that this is the most aesthetically pleasing plunge on the market, built and finished from high quality materials and the price is unbeatable. Tim and his team were so helpful at every step, super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They even worked with me to find the perfect wood stain finish to match the rest of the existing trim at my house. I use my plunge 4-5x a week, and I can’t get enough. I’ve noticed a positive difference in everything from my stress levels, my skin and sleep. The convenience of having it at home is a game changer, I have no excuse to not plunge on the daily – not like I need one, I feel so amazing afterwards! I love that I can bounce back and forth between the cold plunge and the sauna/jacuzzi. I use it in the mornings and evenings. Night dips are so bomb! It’s just the right size, comfortable, I love the ozone filter, and I love that it has a cover. It’s easy to operate, and doesn’t seem to use that much energy as I haven’t really noticed any difference in my electric bill since it arrived. Bonus: I love knowing that should I have any questions, need maintenance, help changing a filter, or if there are any issues – Tim and the team are just a phone call or text away.

This cold plunge has been life-changing. After using this thing every day for about a year, I’m finding myself way less beat up after long runs and I’ve gotten a lot better mental focus throughout my day. While I love the in-studio classes, you really can’t put a price on the convenience of having the plunge available whenever you need it.

I bought my cold plunge from Breathe Degrees a few months ago. I am really impressed with the quality of this plunge. It is not only functional but beautiful. It is really a piece of art! I had been looking for a cold plunge for a very long term but I couldn’t find one with good quality for a reasonable price. All the cold plunges I could find were overpriced and cheaply made so when I saw this one, I purchased it immediately. I keep it at 47 degrees just by running it a few hours (I added a timer) at night and my electric bill has hardly gone up. I use it every morning for 3 minutes as part of my daily ritual. Since I started doing it, I not only feel more energized during the day, but the pain on my joints is starting to disappear.

As a former professional athlete, I’ve been in a lot of ice baths… and this is the best one I’ve ever experienced! I’m 6’9 tall and I can fully submerge my whole body (and head) under the water comfortably. I’m amazed at the reliability and how easy it is to maintain… it looks great in my house and runs amazing. It is built to last and I’m so glad I got this instead of building my own. I’ll have this thing forever!
